Joe Eiland

Mr. Eiland teaches mathematics through AP Calculus. A veteran math teacher, Mr. Eiland has worked recently in the Maysville Math Project, made presentations in professional workshops, and is currently developing his own “smart board” lessons for his math classes. Mr. Eiland was one of the first teachers in the district to utilize programmable calculator technology in his classes. He has been recognized several times for his teaching excellence by being selected Teacher of the Year and Mobile County PTA Secondary Teacher of the Year.
